Step into the shadowed birthplaces of American horror. This session contrasts two very different monsters:
• Ed Gein—grave robber and murderer whose macabre “crafts” inspired Psycho, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, and Silence of the Lambs.
• H. H. Holmes—Gilded Age con man turned killer, notorious for his labyrinthine Chicago “Murder Castle.”
