Timothy Yeo Workshop - How to Cook Chicken Soap for the Soul

Do you enjoy high drama; over-the-top acting; the most ridiculous deus ex machinas? Ever wondered what goes into a good improvised soap opera? Then this workshop is just for you! In this 6-hour intensive, we will explore how to put together elements that are required of a soap opera. You will learn about building strong relationship driven narratives, tension building and monologue delivery. This workshop is aimed at improvisers with at least 1 year of long form experience.

Instructor Bio
Tim began his improv journey with the Bristol Improv Society back in 2011 and continued his practice of improv after leaving Bristol to return home to Singapore. As an improviser, Tim has performed and coached to a global audience with sold out shows and classes in Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, China, Oslo and Manila.
Tim is also a musical theatre actor having played the lead role of Mark in Rent, Leaf Coneybear in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Ryan in The Theory of Relativity.
