✨ This one-hour class combines mindful movement and breathwork in the peaceful glow of our greenhouse or barn. As sunlight filters through, you’ll flow through postures that awaken your body and quiet your mind
After class, enjoy a warm cup of tea and take a few quiet moments to soak in the stillness of Pinehurst Farm.
🧘♀️ Greenhouse Practice Tip:
Please bring a beach towel to place under your yoga mat if we’re practicing in the greenhouse. The stone floor adds a beautiful grounding element — and with a towel underneath, it provides perfect support for balance and deeper stretches.
