Samhain Sound Bath: A Ritual of Release & Ancestral Connection

Samhain marks the turning of the wheel, the moment when the veil between worlds grows thin, and we are invited to pause, reflect, and connect with those who came before us.

This is more than a sound bath. It’s a sacred evening of release, healing, and ancestral connection, held in the historic setting of Willsbridge Mill. Together, we will create a safe and protective container where you can honour your lineage, let go of inherited wounds, and open the way for future generations to walk in greater freedom and light.

Here’s what to expect on the night:

🎃 Grounding & Protection

We begin by rooting deeply into the earth and surrounding ourselves in protective light, creating a safe space for the work ahead.

🎃Gong Ceremony of Release

Through the power of the gong, you will gather up the “vapours” of ancestral trauma, old patterns, and burdens you no longer need to carry. Together, we release them into vibration, allowing sound to dissolve what is heavy and transform it into light.

🎃Calling in the Ancestors

You will then be invited to call forward the presence of your ancestors should you so wish, those who come in love, guidance, and protection. This is a moment to feel the connection, receive blessings, and honour the lives that have made yours possible.

If you feel called, you may bring a photograph, memento, or belonging of your loved ones to place beside you during the sound journey. These can help deepen the connection and make the experience even more personal.

🎃Guided Meditation

Sarah, your meditation guide and an experienced hypnotherapist, will lead you into a deeply restorative meditation. This journey will help you strengthen your ancestral connection, release what no longer serves, and anchor new blessings into your lineage.

🎃Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Ceremony

We close with warmth and community, sharing a cup of spiced chai, a blend of cinnamon, cardamom, and clove. These spices have long been used for comfort, healing, and protection. As you sip, you’ll integrate the blessings of the evening, leaving grounded, renewed, and shielded for the path ahead.

📍 Venue: Willsbridge Mill, Bristol

What to bring: Yoga mats and blankets are provided but feel free to bring extras for that extra cosy feeling , please bring a pillow or cushion and if you wish, a photograph or small memento of your ancestors. Wear warm, comfortable clothing.

There will be opportunities to purchase crystals and spiritual gifts, card payments accepted, and to place messages of love and remembrance on our blessing tree.
