This is an extended evening session where the only goal is to truly release and find calm, settling the nervous system and recharging the body for the week ahead.
Exploring different types of rest:
Gentle movement
Sound and music
Breathwork
Meditation and yoga nidra
Constructive rest
Rest & Renew is built around a restorative yoga sequence using techniques to ease tension and find release. There is always time for an extended Savasana and relaxation at the end of the session allowing for complete rest.

No experience required, all yoga props provided.
