An Enchanted Handbroom Making Workshop at Arnos Vale Cemetery on 18 October 2025.
Join me for a gorgeous day in the beautiful and historic Victorian Arnos Vale Cemetery in charming Bristol for a workshop you’ll never forget.
Students will learn to make their own Enchanted Hand Broom using traditional pre-industrial era heritage craft methods (no glue guns, machinery or electricity) which we will adorn with a charm of your choosing.
Students can bring a small item of their own or choose from an array of charms on the day (crystals, dried posies, pendants, talismans, and vintage brooches, for example.)
These brooms are completely functional and perfect for cleaning small spaces such as kitchen counters, potting tables, artist studios, camper vans, and computer keyboards or sweeping out stagnant or negative energies and sweeping in hope and good intentions. Can also double as a ritual or altar broom, these brooms are the perfect size for casting, cleansing, clearing, smudging and sealing. Or just bringing magic in time for harvest and spooky celebrations.
And with proper care, these brooms can last beyond your lifetime for passing down through your clan.
Honour the old ways by keeping brooms alive in the craft of making and magic.
Perfect for beginner adults 18+ with good hand strength and dexterity
