Illuminating Yoga Practice - 6 week term

An integrated practice guides you towards liberation of the self by inviting you to turn within, using ancient yogic methods and sound. Introducing Philosophy & Mythology invokes deeper awareness of our innate wisdom. Breathwork and Movement is both guided & intuitive. Chanting Mantra and Sound illumine a practice of Bhakti. Sustained & Regular offerings provide the foundation & ritual, accessible for greater wellbeing. Applying knowledge of Ayurvedic Healing principles, stabilises the entire body, mind and spirit.

Dates: Tuesdays 16th September - 21 October
When: 6pm - 7.30pm

Offerings are suitable for EVERYONE - Whether you are a curious Yoga Student or a Teacher looking to expand or deepen their own practice, you have never stepped on a mat, chanted or considered yourself a singer… YOU ARE WELCOME TO JOIN ANY YOGA & MUSIC OFFERING.
