Hula Bliss is an all levels two day hoop intensive for the mind, body and soul from the minds of Kristin Lahoop and Dances With Circles.
In these workshops we will guide you to your inner muse and help you to unlock new movement pathways with your hoop through various teaching modalities.
Hula Bliss is not like a regular hoop intensive. These are process oriented workshops which focus on our experience over a specific result. You can think of Hula Bliss as the intersection of spirituality, hoops, and performance art. Aside from learning new tricks we will be asking you to show up in the space with as much presence as possible. There will be a guided meditation and sound healing as well as an opportunity to showcase your muse for the class to see.
Be prepared to open your mind, to experience something new, to be witnessed by others, to get silly and serious with your hoop.
We look forward to holding a safe space for you to explore your body in relation to your hoop while also being seen by others.
Pricing: We have included three different prices to make this class accessible for everyone.
Please use your discernment and choose the right price for you Social is for unemployed, student, or low income earner. Solidary is for people who can or want to give more or all other categories are sold out.
What to bring: a notebook and pen, at least two hoops of any size, comfy clothing you can move in, a water bottle and some snacks.
