This is a workshop that will help you do just that: it’s an opportunity to feel, to heal and to find your voice around the wounds caused by mother, father, ex, or current partner.
The patriarchy has affected all of us, regardless of gender.
Most men feel resentful because they don’t feel valued or seen for what they give to the world.
Most women feel angry because their voice has been shut down, and they don’t feel met in their needs.
Most non-binary folk are left out completely.
Feeling and expressing our emotions in a healthy way is challenging for all of us for different reasons, especially when it comes to rage, anger and grief.
But in order to create a new culture, one in which we can be both, vulnerable and powerful, feminine and masculine, we have to first explore how the old paradigm of ‘power-over’, ‘control’ and ‘domination’ has affected us and our relationships - and how we can change that.
