After the success of our opening taster session, Cass is back with another Soundbath and Sauna combo.

Expect a sound journey through harmonic layering of soulful voice mantra singing and restorative sounds including gongs, shruti, chimes and tuning forks. Take the opportunity to pause, breathe and allow a resetting to your own natural rhythm.
