Hola a todos,
Otomí is ready for another party! You know us and we don't do boring things, Day of the Dead IS NOT HALLOWEEN, and as such, we will always keep the tradition that you would see throughout Mexico and Latin America. We will be using the hash tag #DayOfTheDeadisNOTHalloween
This year our day finally lands on a good one, Saturday 1st November 2025 for a joint venture with Spirited. They are half-way through North Street in Southville, where we will be until midnight

Mariachi Wey will be blasting traditional, fun sounds throughout the night. With a bit of luck there will be some Pan de Muerto to share 😉 We encourage you to dress up and have your face painted traditionally... so, go crazy and tune your vocal chords and practise. To help the process, there will be a FREE shot of quality Tequila with your entry ticket; and other choice of Mexican beers and cocktails as well, at normal prices 🙂
Tickets will £15 per person. You will only be able to purchase them through here. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't leave this to the last minute as we were fully booked weeks in advance in the previous years. We cannot "reserve tickets" as it is unfair and we would like to avoid any unnecessary complications so... first-come first-served will be implemented.
On this occasion, no under 18's are allowed.
There are only 60 spaces available. Spirited will not allow any higher capacity. There will be no other members of the public allowed in, other than our guests.
Food will be available to purchase from I Scream Tacos on site. 2 tacos for £10, or £8 if you let them know in advance. Feel free to get in touch with Mark through his Facebook page on the link below and let him know if you want some food ready for you at the venue

There is plenty of parking around Southville. After 5pm on a Saturday night it is free to park until Monday morning 🙂
There is a bus stop right outside Spirited that serves route FirstBus 24 and runs all the way to Southmead Hospital (not that you'll need it!) and connects to Metro routes along the way.
We expect people to paint their faces with a Day of the Dead theme (Skeleton, Frida, etc). Coming with your face already painted would be highly recommended.
The event indoors. Any questions, just ask!
