Format: British Parliamentary (BP) - 7 minute speeches

Institutions are required to send n-1 judges and should contact the convener if they need an exemption. Penalty for failing to provide n-1 judges is £15 per missing judge.

A team must have one Novice and one Pro as this is a ProAm competition. If you have been debating for over a year or have had two or more open breaks, you will not be considered a novice.
