Breath & Ice

Start the week feeling energised, focussed and in a possitive state of mind, physically and mentally.
Led by certified Cold Therapy Instructor, you'll be guided through movement and breathwork to increase energy and focus, followed by a Ice bath to help reduced anxiety and stress and Improve mental wellbeing and a Strengthened immune system.
