Author Visit with Raquel Durden

Raquel Durden will be coming to the Brillion Public Library to discuss her new book; Dial Down: Holistic Strategies to Move from Chaos to Calm. This book weaves together five evidence-based wellness practices with inspiring stories of resilience from those who serve—Veterans, healthcare professionals, and first responders.

Raquel Durden is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, paratrooper, combat veteran, cancer thriver, and holistic wellness leader who helps others cultivate calm, reclaim balance, and enhance wellbeing with practical tools.

With a heart for encouragement and a gift for connection, Raquel empowers individuals to navigate life’s challenges with grace and groundedness. Through her speaking, writing, nonprofit, and community work, Raquel invites us all to become Wellness Weavers, intentionally creating lives woven together with connection, resilience, and intention.
