To All Member Clubs, Club Officers, Club Board Members and Club Members,
You are cordially invited to attend the 2nd Annual AAC Worldwide Face to Face Conference.
Purpose: This conference aims to unite clubs from around the world to exchange ideas, discuss strategies, and determine how the AAC can best serve the American club community.
Meeting Venue: It will be held at the beautiful Golf de Barbaroux / Hotel Mercure, route de Cabase, 83170 Brignoles, France

. Please remember when booking to mention that you are a member of the Association of American Clubs to take part in the pricing of €115 for a single room and €140 for a double. If you would like to take part in the facilities of the Hotel such as Spa , Golf or Wine Tasting please book directly with the hotel again, mentioning you are a member of the AAC to get the appropriate discount

The lunch is a three-course meal with two glasses of wine per person The cost per person is €120 for members and €130 for non-members. Of course, for those who do not attend they can have lunch at the other restaurants on site. Transportation to the Abbaye de a Celle will be arranged. A tour of the Abbaye will be arranged for those wising to tour after lunch

October 10: If a group of 7 are arriving at the same location at the same time,
we can arrange shuttle service if requested, at a shared cost of €400 (€58 per person for 7 people)

12:00 – 14:00 Lunch L'Hostellerie de l'Abbaye de La Celle
14:00 – 17:00 General Assembly and Seminars
19:00 – 22:00 Gala Dinner, suit and tie
October 13: Depart the hotel or enjoy activities such as:
Golf, Spa, Wine Tasting at one of several vineyards in the area

Option1) each club solicits to their members and to register on their Club’s website, and the AAC will bill each Club individually.
Option 2) If the AAC has its bank account established by mid September, payment can be made directly to the AAC. Please indicate AACConference2025
Costs:
• Transportation to & from Hotel – each person arranges their own transport – or - If a group of 7 are arriving at the same location at the same time, we can arrange shuttle service if requested, at a shared cost of €400 (€58 per person for 7 people)
• Seminar room and refreshments - €60
• Drinks and dinner – 18:00 meet in the bar. To be paid individually
• Hotel Room – €115 single per night & €140 double per night, paid to the hotel
• Meeting Lunch at L'Hostellerie de l'Abbaye de La Celle - €120 per AAC member and €130 per guest. Tour of the Abbey. Paid to individual Clubs or the AAC account if established.
• Gala Dinner - €140 members and guest, suit and tie. Paid to individual Clubs or the AAC account if established.
Total Seminar cost per person to be paid at registration: €320 member and €330 non-memeber (includes refreshments during the seminar, lunch at the Abbaye and Gala Dinner)
