You can choose to run/walk around the lake 2.18 approx or run/walk the 5k route.
This is a free event, I just wanted to run with friends and family....
September is THYROID CANCER AWARENESS month, I couldn't find a 5k locally that supported it to run so I decided to make one and include everything else as we all have been touched by cancer, addiction, suicide and countless other things.
