What to Expect:
Do you have a desire to expand your spiritual awareness? Do you sense the presence of Spirit around you and want to strengthen that connection?
This workshop is designed for anyone seeking to deepen their intuitive abilities, connect more clearly with their loved ones in Spirit, or simply explore the path of mediumship. Whether your goal is personal growth or to eventually work as a medium, this class offers a grounded and supportive place to begin.
Participants will engage in a variety of enjoyable and insightful exercises to fine-tune their connection to Spirit and to the divine within. You’ll be introduced to a range of spiritual tools and practices to help build your personal “spiritual toolbox.”
In this workshop, you will:
• Explore the three “Clairs” (Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, and Clairsentience) and how they connect with the seven main chakras
• Learn about symbols in mediumship and how they often show up in dreams
• Tune in to the energy around you and understand its role in mediumship
• Participate in hands-on exercises, including using dowsing rods
• Be guided in meditations to help connect with your spirit guides and angels

About the Facilitator:
Rev. Sheila Black was ordained as a Spiritualist Minister in 2014 by both the Spiritualist Church of Canada and Fellowships of the Spirit in Lily Dale, New York—the largest Spiritualist community in North America.
Sheila is a certified evidential medium and an accredited spiritual healer, known for her compassionate approach and deep connection to Spirit.
Having been attuned to Spirit since childhood, Sheila left her corporate career as a manager in 2015 to follow her calling full-time. Since then, she has devoted herself to a thriving spiritual practice, serving clients internationally. Her work offers comfort and healing to those grieving the loss of a loved one, and she finds great joy in empowering others through teaching mediumship and other spiritual modalities—both online and in person.
Sheila integrates a variety of healing techniques, including crystal and sound therapy, aromatherapy, past life regression, and Akashic Records work. Each session is guided by Spirit and tailored to the individual, often resulting in profound and life-changing experiences.
In addition to her healing work, Rev. Sheila officiates weddings and funerals in Ontario, Canada.
Though she is non-Indigenous, Sheila holds deep respect for Indigenous traditions and actively participates in sweat lodges, Sun Dances, and other sacred ceremonies in Upstate New York.
She is also a bestselling co-author of the compilation book Ignite Possibilities, published in May 2021.
