Sound Bath with Haley

With ten years of exploring sound as a healing modality, Haley offers sound baths that blend tone, intention, and intuition. A multi-instrumentalist and folk artist, she creates sonic landscapes designed to settle the nervous system and open the heart. As a certified 200-hour yoga teacher currently completing her 300-hour training, she weaves somatic awareness and mindfulness into her sessions. Her work invites attendees to soften, breathe, and reconnect with their inner rhythms.

We will have 1 hour of sound scape with time after to mingle if you would like.
