PUBLIC HEARING: LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Brighton will hold a public hearing regarding an application to amend the Land Use & Development Code, specifically Articles 4 and 11. The proposed amendments would introduce standards for Natural Medicine regulation within the City.

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the Code Amendments at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2025. The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers, located on the first floor of City Hall, 500 South 4th Avenue in Brighton, CO. The Planning Commission will hear evidence from City staff and any interested parties and will make a recommendation on the application thereafter.
