PUBLIC HEARING: ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT REAR SETBACKS LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Brighton will hold a public hearing regarding Land Use and Development Code amendments related to accessory dwelling unit (ADU) rear setbacks.

The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the amendments at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers, located on the first floor of City Hall, 500 S. 4th Ave., Brighton, CO. The City Council will hear from City staff and any interested parties and will make a decision on the amendments thereafter.
