The group usually breaks up organically, depending on speed and distance.

Run/Hiking trails are ~2 or 5 miles
May also run/hike on biking trails:
*2.5-4+ miles
*8-14+ miles

*If it’s good weather —> bring your bike too for a ride after the run!

Trails have been slick in the past & may require some kind of YakTrax or spike - please be safe, and avoid trails if it is too dangerous for you.
