Seminar Description
This session introduces a practical, one-page strategic planning tool modeled after the Business Model Canvas. Participants will learn how to quickly clarify their value proposition, target markets, key activities, and success metrics — all on a single sheet. The seminar focuses on how small and mid-size businesses can align teams, accelerate decision-making, and improve execution using a simple, highly visual framework. Attendees will leave with a draft version of their own strategic plan and the confidence to refine it with their teams.
