Join us at Spirit Rising in Brighton for a sacred evening of connection, healing, and release. Guided by the gentle energies of the waning crescent moon in Virgo and Mama Cacao, this ceremony invites you to let go of what no longer serves, take time for soul rejuvenation, and come home to a place of harmony and renewal.
Through breath, energy grounding and expanding practices, cacao, and conscious connection, we will open into an inner journey of rejuvenation and expansion. Let the gentle spirit of Cacao — the medicine of the heart — guide you in softening, releasing, and aligning with your true self.

Yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for comfort
