How do you place yourself in a world that constantly judges appearance?
Our Body Positivity Support Group is a safe, supportive space for anyone navigating disordered eating, body image struggles, or societal pressures. Together, we explore self-compassion, healthy coping strategies, and reclaiming a positive relationship with food and body.

Facilitator: Stephanie Percival, Registered Provider with National Eating Disorder Information Centre (NEDIC)

When: Tuesdays, starting Jan 27th, 6:00–7:00 PM

Format: Drop-in sessions

Cost: $85 per session
