Lets celebrate Autumn together with a sumptuous Venison Biryani made with a special potli masala containing vetiver, sandalwood and other aromatics. Experience a properly cooked biryani where each layer is prepared separately and then assembled and given the final "Dum" or cooking under steam in a sealed pot. Vegetarians will be treated to a Paneer Potli Biryani with luscious chunks of marinated paneer layered with rice. I have chosen a rich shorba or gravy to accompany the Biryani as per tradition and a spicy green chilli raita. The meal will end with homemade Badam Katli or almond fudge slices.
