Breathe, release, reconnect.
Join us in the heart of Brighton for a powerful 2.5-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork session with Benedict Beaumont, founder of Breathing Space. Whether you're brand new to breathwork or already deep in your practice, this welcoming community session is for you.
Breathwork is a simple yet profound way to let go of stress, release emotional tension, and reconnect to yourself. In today’s busy world, giving yourself time to breathe—deeply and consciously—can be life-changing.
This session is trauma-informed, inclusive, and suitable for everyone.
Absolutely everyone over the age of 18. This session is suitable for complete beginners, curious explorers, or regular practitioners looking to deepen their breathwork practice in a supportive community setting.
We believe breathwork should be accessible to everyone.
The suggested contribution is £20, but please pay what feels right for you—no questions asked.
This is a trauma-informed, supportive space. If you’re dealing with serious medical or mental health conditions (e.g. epilepsy, heart issues, pregnancy, or severe trauma), please reach out in advance or consult a healthcare professional before joining. We can always find ways to modify the practice for your needs.
Benedict Beaumont is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, teacher, and founder of Breathing Space. With a background in education and transformation, he creates powerful, welcoming spaces for people to explore breathwork safely and deeply. His approach is grounded, empowering, and full of heart.
