This relaxed taster is a chance to try the style, build confidence, and see if it feels like a good fit. Come and have a laugh, and explore comedy in a supportive, low-pressure environment. This Confidence Through Comedy taster session is perfect if you’ve ever been curious about trying comedy, speaking up more, or stepping outside your comfort zone — without being pushed to perform solo.

Through fun, playful group exercises, you’ll learn simple comedy and confidence techniques that help with stage presence, communication, and self-belief. The focus is on encouragement, connection, and discovering what feels right for you.
