About the event

Sunday Reset : Time to Unwind

A gentle meditation practice steeped in heart-led, holistic & mindful awareness. Join myself and others in 90 minutes of headspace. I’m a busy mum of two teenagers, I work with young people, of all ages and abilities. I sole parent. With all of this I get that “me” is often neglected so to help “me” and other “me’s” I created this once a month reset time. It’s affordable (£8/pp) and gentle. A time to tune in rather than tune out. 🙏🏻
