Rattty’s Last Ride.

This is for the funeral of Rattty, with final ride to the crematorium, followed by drinks at the Upper George in Halifax for those who wish to join.

The day will start at 14:20 gathering at Lawrence Funeral Services, Bell Hall, Halifax, HX1 2XR for those who will be joining Rattty for his final ride. The final journey will take him to Park Wood Crematorium in Elland for 15:00 where words will be shared about Rattty followed by a speech from his daughter. A collection bucket for British Legion and Stroke Association will be in place on the way out if anyone wishes to donate with their loose change.

Finally, a gathering will be held at The Upper George in Halifax to raise drinks, share stories and celebrate the life Rattty lived.

I kindly ask the front few rows in the crematorium be reserved for family and close friends. There is enough seating for around 88 people, but speakers are in the vestibule so everyone will be able to hear if no seating is available. All are welcome to pay their respects and say their goodbyes.
