Festive Candlelit Yin Yoga - 📍Brigg

A calming, soothing and relaxing 60 minute class with a beautiful backdrop of soft, festive choir carols with the full class by candlelight.

A perfect way to de-stress, take that time for yourself and find a slower pace through this busy month. This slow and soft class will support you flowing with the seasons and cosmic energy too which is reinforcing to us that it is time to slow and turn our focus inward. When we flow with these energies rather than resist, life is more easeful in all ways.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and wear warm and comfortable clothes (warm socks are always a nice addition).
