October parkrun in the #StridersChallenge at Dudley

This is the first parkrun in the 2025-26 series. Points are awarded for attending (run, Jeff or walk) with a bonus point for a course PB or for volunteering (parkrun results used to verify PB & attendance so don’t forget your barcode!). No barkrunners for this venue as it is partly on the athletics track. If you have not been before it is 2 laps of the track, then off out on the tow path before taking to the trail through the woods, back on the tow path & a final 2 laps of the track to finish. A course with a bit of everything!
