Mind It Group - Hello Spring.

This week Mind It Group are back at Sandies Cafe.
This venue is always so accepting of our group and we are made to feel so welcome.
Sharing meal times together creates a sense of community and belonging .
Eating together helps to reduce stress , ease feelings of depression and encourages meaningful conversations around the table.
Although Sandies meals are always delicious, the focus of the session is on interaction......so you don't have to eat if you dont want to.
We will also have an optional spring themed craft activity to have a go at.

If you would like to come and see what Mind It Group is all about .....if you think that you could do with a boost to your mental health or wellbeing....Come and join us.
Laughter is pretty much guaranteed!
