I am running an adult heels pop up class at the incredible Elite Dance Company Studios!
Information below ⬇️

• Elite Dance Company Brierly Hill
• August 31st: 3-4pm
• 16+
• Only £8 for the full hour!
• Open to ALL abilities
• You can come in trainers if wanted! No pressure to keep the heels on!

"What heels do I wear?" 🤫👠
• I would personally recommend a stilleto, that is supportive of the ankle (often lace/zip up). These range from around 3-4 inches depending on the person - whatever you find most comfortable for YOUR feet! ✨

"What will we do?" 🤔
• We will be learning fundamental, basic heel technique - learning how to walk and strut confidently in a heel. How to navigate certain floor work movement. We will do this through learning a sassy combination and have fun 🔥
