The solstice is the shortest day before the light begins to return.

This provides an opportunity to release old , unhelpful and disempowering emotional patterns, behaviours or habits that no longer serve.

We can utilise the returning light with healing sounds and our intention to create new solutions to old problems , create new beginnings and possibilities in our lives, synchronise with the earth and the cosmic orchestra of light,
moving to a life you choose.
