FREE Low Impact Movement & Coordination Sessions

These popular, fun and FREE one-hour sessions are designed to support people who may have a health condition and anyone who would like some help to get moving or improve their balance and co-ordination. All sessions will be guided by a professional coach and will be tailor-made for attendees.
