In a world that feels unsteady, confusing, and sometimes frightening, how can we find the courage to hold fast to Jesus and live with hope? The Revelation of Jesus to the Apostle John was written to people who felt just like us—pressured, unsettled, even scared. And its message then is still God’s message now: “Look! Do not be afraid.”
When most of us hear the word Revelation, we think of beasts and battles, or end-times charts. But in his book, Discipleship on the Edge, pastor Darrell Johnson reminds us that the book of Revelation is really a discipleship manual (written in code!) for believers living on the edge of pressure, confusion, and cultural upheaval. Sound familiar? Our country—and our world—are experiencing times of great uncertainty, fear, and division. Revelation speaks right into that.
If you’re longing for courage instead of fear, for perspective instead of confusion, and for hope that runs deeper than headlines, come join us. Together we’ll discover how Revelation shapes us into faithful people of endurance, joy, and radiant hope in Jesus, the Lamb on the throne who has already overcome. I’d love for you to be part of it.
