Women's Self-Defense

Precision Tang Soo Do will be offering a 1-night women's self-defense class. This class is appropriate for women's ages 15 and older due to the sensitive nature of some of the topics discussed. Please come prepared to learn some basic skills to help allow you to cause a disruption in the plan of someone trying to attack you and allow yourself time to get away. This is an interactive class and you will be working directly with the black belts and one another. Bring some water and a friend!
