Mindful Monday: Coffee, Calm, and Clarity

Come join me for a special coffee meet-up at the Enlightened Dawn in Rockland, MA. A light continental breakfast will be provided, along with coffee, and Dawn will be guiding the attendees through a meditation. We will also be providing some quick tools to destress and get focused for your week ahead!
