As the August full moon rises, you're invited to pause and soften.

This sound bath is a space to rest, reset, and reconnect...with yourself, with nature and with what truly matters.

Inspired by the Sturgeon Moon, a symbol of endurance and deep wisdom, we’ll journey inward through the gentle waves of gong, singing bowls and other instruments. You’ll be guided with grounding imagery, steady breath and lunar rhythm.

This is an evening for letting go of what’s heavy, reconnecting to your inner strength and receiving nourishment through sound and stillness.
