AMRAP - February 26

AMRAP Classes – As Many Reps As Possible

Join us in Bridgewater at 208-129 Aberdeen Road, Bridgewater (Boardroom). AMRAP classes are designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and grit. Each workout is completed within a set time frame, with the goal of performing as many quality reps as possible.

Classes may include a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, body-weight exercises, and cardio-based movements, with options provided to meet you where you’re at.

Cost: $15 per class
Registration: Payment is required at least 3 days prior to the class to secure your spot.
Important: Spots are not held without payment. If payment is not received, your spot will be released.
