Chef Barbara will guide you through each dish, sharing practical techniques you can use at home while keeping the experience engaging and unrushed.

Menu for the evening includes:

• Bright Spring Salad
• Salmon, Asparagus, and Leek in Parchment
• Pea-and-Lemon Risotto
• Chocolate Almond Flour Cake

Guests will cook, learn, and enjoy the meal together at the end of class.
