Self-Defense Classes

In collaboration with Got Your Back Self Defense, the Bridgeville Library is offering self-defense classes on Mondays in September (8th, 15th, 22nd, & 29th) at 5 - 6:30PM. These classes are geared for ages 10 and up and all skill levels. Classes are consecutive, so attendance is important! These sessions will focus on essential self-defense principles, cover both standing and ground techniques, offer a balanced approach, allow more time for practice, while still being accessible for those with limited availability.
