This seasonal circle includes:
• Gentle Kundalini Yoga or mindful movement
• Guided meditation or group hypnosis
• Journaling + optional sharing
• Nervous system support + spiritual nourishment
Each gathering offers a fresh theme, a safe container, and space to reconnect with your authentic Self.

– Mats & props are available, but bring your favorite cushion, mat, or blanket 🌸
– There will be a meditative portion lying down, so anything that helps you feel cozy 🛋️
