Sunday Stillness & Sound by Candlelight

As the evenings grow darker, I invite you to gather in a sacred sanctuary for a monthly ritual of self-care and renewal by way of sound, immersing yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

Each session will begin with a short guided meditation to help you settle in, followed by soothing sound vibrations under the glow of candlelight. Warm lavender-infused towels will be offered to cover your eyes, encouraging you to fully surrender into deep rest and restoration. We will close with a brief reflection to gently guide you back, renewed and grounded for the week ahead.

To preserve intimacy and stillness, this experience is limited to 8 participants and registration for each session will close once that number is reached.

This recurring event will flow through the fall and winter months of October through February when the early sunsets invite us into stillness, silence, and soulful restoration.

Come as you are and leave with a lighter heart, a calmer mind, and a spirit attuned to peace.
