Smoked gouda and porter-braised short rib egg rolls with caramelized onion and horseradish aïoli, paired with Hibercation Vanilla Porter

2nd Course
Lager and cheddar soup with bacon lardons, aged cheddar, green onion and a house-made pub-style pretzel, paired with Prison City Pale Ale

3rd Course
Espresso-ancho chili-rubbed pork loin with poblano and heirloom marble potato hash, Mass Riot pan jus, paired with Mass Riot

4th Course
Rich chocolate stout cake with traditional coconut-pecan frosting, paired with Wham Whams Imperial Stout
