Rocky's 5k

5k on the carriage roads of Rockefeller State Park Preserve. Scenic course, a few hills, and outstanding volunteers! A fantastic race for first-timers and experienced runners. Family friendly - we always have a great youth turnout! T-shirts, trophies (top 3 male & female), and age group medals. All proceeds go towards carriage road maintenance.
