Once the beloved Sea Pines School of Charm and Personality, this historic estate has been lovingly transformed into a 20-room boutique hideaway — equal parts history, elegance, and heart.

On this special evening, our invite-only Grand Opening, you’ll be among the first to sip, savor, and stroll through The Charm’s halls. Think garden cocktails, croquet on the lawn, private tours of guest rooms, and a proper ribbon-cutting on the front steps — all in true Cape Cod fashion.

Join us Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 4-7PM for:

· Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony with the Cape Cod Chamber & community leaders

· Welcome Sips & Lawn Games – A toast with themed cocktails and croquet under the pines

· Orientation With The Innkeeper – Jan Berberian shares the inn’s story and spirit

· Chef’s Lesson – A culinary showcase by Chef Kaleb

· Open House Tours – A playful nod to the inn’s schoolhouse roots, with guided walk-throughs of select rooms
