Give yourself the gift of pause before the busy season begins. Join First Fridays: Wellness Hour, a monthly guided meditation and Reiki session with Kris Noelle Wellness.

November’s theme is Harvest of the Heart — an invitation to reflect on what you’ve gathered this year, hold gratitude for what supports you, and gently release what you no longer need. Reiki energy will support the meditation, creating a deeply restorative space.

Bring a yoga mat, journal, and an open mind.
