Cob Oven Workshop

Building clay ovens and sharing delicious meals are parts of all of our pasts. Often, the creation of a one of these ovens brought together an entire community, healing and garnering relationships, and allowing for a collective flow-state.

Immerse into the world of clay and natural building with discussion and plenty of embodied, hands-on learning. Food, songs, embodiment practice, dips in the ocean (right down the road), sunset walks on the beach, and camp fires are included!

We'll cover:

✅ Stone foundations
✅ Mixing and testing cob
✅ Body ergonomics
