Yoga for ALL 💜🙆‍♀️🕊️🧘‍♀️

Monday’s YOGA for ALL class (11/24) is going to feature hip opening poses. Hip opening can help relieve lower back pain including sciatica and can also lead to emotional release boosting creativity and self expression. If you have a block or two please bring them!! Can’t wait to see everybody there at 6:30 at the Brewerton Center for the Arts 💜🙆‍♀️🐾
